One of the things that came easy to me was working out. I always loved running and aerobics….until I  had my first fibromyalgia flare.

Working out made me exhausted and very sore. You have to keep moving so your joints won’t get stiff. What can do if working out gives you pain and not working out gives you pain?

The answer is low impact exercise. For me, walking is the best. Swimming is also good but it takes a lot out me energy wise.

It’s tough for me to stay motivated, but I do the best I can. This page I will post the healthy things that works for me.
